Most media projects in India are assembled from parts. A production house shoots it, a post facility finishes it, an integrator builds the studio it was shot in, and somebody else works out how it reaches an audience. Every handover between those parties is a place where scope, schedule and quality quietly leak away.

Sunad Broadcast is organised the other way round. Our directors, editors and cinematographers sit alongside broadcast engineers and system integrators, and they work the same projects from the first scoping call. A television film is planned with its delivery specification already known. A studio build is designed by people who have operated one during a live bulletin. A campaign is shot and distributed by the same accountable team.

What that means for a client

Three practical things. Your scope is written once rather than negotiated three times. Technical requirements — codec, loudness, safe areas, metadata, platform specifications — are designed in at the start instead of discovered at delivery. And when something needs to change quickly, there is one number to call rather than a chain of suppliers pointing at each other.
