Engagements

Work is carried out under a separate written agreement covering scope, deliverables, schedule, fees and rights. Where a project agreement conflicts with these terms, the project agreement prevails.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Our liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, except where the law does not permit such a limit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
